2. Our Courses
Remote Work Mentors offers the following digital courses and products:

- The Complete Remote System (bundle)
All courses are delivered digitally via our membership platform at remoteworkmentors.com. Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.
3. Purchasing a Course
By completing a purchase you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.
- You are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use unless you have a separate written agreement with us for commercial use.
All prices are as stated on the relevant course page at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by currency depending on the course. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
4. Course Access and Licence
On payment, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive lifetime licence to access the course content you have purchased through your account on remoteworkmentors.com.
This licence permits you to:
- Access and view all course content for personal use.
- Download any provided templates, worksheets or resource files for your own personal use.
This licence does not permit you to:
- Share your login credentials with any other person.
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell or sublicence any course content to any third party.
- Use course content to create competing products or services.
- Screen-record or download video content (where applicable).
“Lifetime access” means access for as long as Remote Work Mentors continues to operate and offer that course. In the event we discontinue a course, we will provide reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content — including text, video, audio, images, templates, worksheets, scripts and any other materials — is the intellectual property of Remote Work Mentors and is protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Templates and worksheets provided with courses are licensed for your personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed or presented as your own work to others for commercial gain.
6. Refunds
Our refund policy is set out in full in our Refund Policy. Please read it before purchasing.
7. Results Disclaimer
Our courses provide educational content based on our experience and expertise. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results or earnings from completing our courses.
Any results mentioned in testimonials, case studies or marketing materials are illustrative of what is possible and are not guarantees. Individual results will vary depending on personal effort, background, circumstances and the employment market at the time.

8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website, courses or member platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with another user’s experience.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if you breach these terms, including but not limited to sharing login credentials, attempting to redistribute course content or engaging in abusive behaviour toward our team.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Remote Work Mentors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our courses or website, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data or loss of opportunity.
Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that course.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications to Courses and Terms
We reserve the right to update or improve course content at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our courses following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. For consumers based in the EU or UK, you also retain the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
Any disputes shall first be addressed by contacting us directly at info@remoteworkmentors.com. We will always attempt to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
