Melissa has been working in recruitment and talent acquisition for over 20 years in total, most of which has been remote. The has spent the majority of her career supporting the recruitment effort across borders in Europe, USA and APAC.
Her approach blends real world recruiting expertise and managing teams with a deep understanding of modern flexible cross border recruitment.
She personally has experience across a variety of niches and verticals in the tech space, digital marketing, localisation from front of house roles to C-level executives.
