The single most important instruction in this entire academy:
Go in order. Every module builds on the one before it. Students who skip ahead consistently stall. Students who go in sequence consistently get hired. This is not a content library you browse. It is a system you work through.
Remote hiring is not the same as traditional hiring. It looks similar on the surface — job boards, applications, interviews — but the signals that get you hired are different. The way you need to present yourself is different. Even the questions they ask in interviews are different, and most candidates are not prepared for them.

How this is structured
Six modules across two phases. Most students work through the full academy in two to three weeks at a comfortable pace. You can go faster. Going slower than that — unless your circumstances genuinely require it — tends to break the momentum that a job search needs.
